AERO SHIELD FLIGHT ceramic coating kit comes with 50 ml of the finest DIY premium ceramic coating on the 

market and a special non-absorbing microfiber applicator for a thick, smooth application. Coating with FLIGHT

 will add gloss enhancement, scratch protection, and hydrophobicity for 2 full years.

UPDATED (12-21-2021) DIRECTIONS: 

When working with chemicals, It is always recommended 

to use eye and skin protection, as well as a respirator while

working in a well-ventilated area. 

Prepare surface by washing AERO SUDS, claying AERO GLIDE, and swirl removal

AERO REVOLUTION ELIMINATE before applying AERO Shield Flight 2 year ceramic coating. 

Remove silicones/oils with AERO Eject or a 25% mixture of Isopropyl alcohol.

Shake Flight lightly. 

Apply 10 to 15 drops to the applicator pad supplied (either side).

Working 1 panel at a time, spread onto the surface.

Use a cross-hatch fashion to make sure you have complete and 

thorough coverage. Continue to rub coating for 1 to 2 minutes 

Until it dries. Wipe with a clean towel and hand buff inspecting for any 

high or low spots. 

If more than 1 coat is to be applied, apply it immediately

Before moving on to the next panel. 

Apply to next panel to be coated until the entire vehicle 

Has been coated.  

Store Applicator pad in a plastic zipper bag between uses. 

NOTES: NO WATER FOR 12 HOURS. FULL CURE IN 

24 HOURS. ONLY WASH WITH pH- BALANCED 

SOAP AFTER FULL CURE. APPLY AERO SHIELD-HYDRO or

AERO FLIGHT SPRAY ANNUALLY FOR ADDED HYDROPHOBICITY & 

DEEPER GLOSS.
